Initiate Your Request
Log into your Knuckles account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item to confirm it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
