Sprout Green™: Hedgerow Sage, a restful green flecked with grey.

This is a green that has been softened by weather and time. The pigment sits somewhere between mossy stone and young sage leaves, with enough grey to keep it grounded in shadow. It has a powdery, chalked quality that reads matt and velvety on the wall. Up close, the surface holds a faint whisper of blue, lending it a cool, composed feel.

In morning sun the green lifts, revealing a fresher, almost herbal lightness that wakes a room. Under lamplight it deepens into something closer to moss on slate, holding steady warmth without tipping into yellow.

It suits sitting rooms, quiet bedrooms, studies, and hallways where a steady backdrop is wanted. Pair it with warm oak floors, aged brass fittings, cream linen upholstery, and a soft chalk white on the ceiling.

Crafted the Knuckles way. Water-based, low-VOC, high-coverage interior emulsion, hand-mixed in small batches in the UK. Rich pigment and a silky matt finish.
