DEAN GREEN™ INTERIOR EMULSION PAINT
Dean Green™: a quiet teal that settles the room.
A low, shadowed green with more blue in it than you first expect. Dean Green sits at the crossroads of forest and slate, close to pine needles under rain or the patina that slow-climbs over old brass. It reads calm rather than bright, heavy enough to hold a wall on its own and still feel restful.
In daylight the colour turns cooler and slightly ashen, showing the slate side of its character and letting edges and mouldings take shape. Come evening, under lamplight or candlelight, it warms towards pine and deep moss, with a softness that pulls the room in close.
Works a treat on panelling, bookcases and hallway walls where you want a sense of depth. Pair it with chalky off-whites for contrast, brushed brass or aged antique for glow, natural linen and oak for warmth, or a sharp black to push into drama. It also flatters terracotta floors and worn leather.
Crafted the Knuckles way. A water-based, low-VOC interior emulsion with a high pigment load and high coverage, hand-mixed in small batches here in the UK to give you a silky matt finish that lies flat and true across broad walls.
Coverage: around 12 m² per litre, with two coats recommended for full depth. New to the shade? Try an A6 sample pot first and live with it through daylight and lamplight before you commit the whole wall.
